How to Set Your Shipping Address for an Accepted Offer

This guide covers how to submit your shipping information on Recess — how to set a shipping address for an accepted offer, and how to reuse a previously saved address.

1. How Shipping Info Works on Recess

After you accept an offer, you'll need to set a shipping address for that offer so Recess can send out the products. You do this for each accepted offer.

When setting your shipping address, you can either:

• Select a previously saved address from your list, or
• Enter a new address

Any address you enter is saved to your list, so over time you build up a set of addresses you can quickly pick from on future offers.

2. How to Submit Your Shipping Info

1. Log in to your Recess account
2. Click the Offers tab at the top of the page
3. Go to Accepted Offers and locate the relevant offer
4. On the right-hand side, click Set Shipping Address
5. You'll be prompted to select a previously saved address or enter a new one. If entering a new address, include:
   • Recipient / contact name
   • Street address (including suite, unit, or building number)
   • City, state, and ZIP
   • Any delivery notes or instructions (e.g., loading dock, front desk, hours product can be received)
6. Review the shipping info and make sure all relevant fields are complete and up to date
7. Submit

Note: Make sure the address is the correct destination for product delivery for this specific offer. Even if you've shipped to a saved address before, double-check it's the right one for this activation before submitting.

3. Reusing Saved Addresses

Once you've entered an address, it's saved to your list and available to select the next time you set a shipping address — so you don't have to re-type it each time. Just pick it from your saved addresses when prompted.

Tip: If a venue moves or a contact changes, enter the updated address the next time you set a shipping address so your details stay accurate.

4. Updating Shipping Info

If you need to change the shipping address after you've already submitted it, reach out to your Recess contact as early as possible so the change can be made before the product ships.

5. Shipping Checklist

For each accepted offer, make sure:

• You've set a shipping address via Offers → Accepted Offers → Set Shipping Address
• You've selected a saved address or entered a new one
• All fields are complete and accurate (recipient, full address, delivery notes)
• You've reviewed it's the correct destination for this specific offer, then submitted
