Organizers have 7 days to accept or deny a sponsorship offer. If you need more time let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Each time a sponsorship offer is submitted by a Sponsor you will receive email notifications notifying you to accept the offer before it expires.
If you don't plan to accept a sponsorship offer it is better to Deny the sponsorship offer and enter your Denial reason.
