How to save an event as a draft

Saving an event as a draft will give you the ability to add save your event even though you don't have all of the required information. You can save and come back and finish at a later date. Event drafts aren't discoverable by brands, you must complete your event to receive a sponsorship offer.

There are two ways to save your event as a draft

  1. Click the “Save” button during any time at the top right of the event form.

2) Click the "Save as Draft & Continue" button on the Ready to publish! page to save your event as a draft and answer a second set of questions that will increase your chances at getting a sponsorship offer by 2x.

3) After you have updated the event information with all of the required fields make sure to click "Publish" on the top right of any page of the event form or "Publish and Continue" to publish your event and answer a second set of questions that will increase your chances at getting a sponsorship offer by 2x. . Your event is not able to receive brand sponsorship offers until it is fully completed.
