How to List A Housing Property On Recess

Use the video and/or the cheatsheet below to help you list your Housing Property on the Recess platform correctly.

Multiply the number of units that your property contains by 4. (Brands commonly place 4 products at each front door because 4 bedroom is the most common floorplan.)

How many pallets are you able to receive and store at a time?

Pallet storage is not common with student housing because you’re generally not receiving entire pallets of product at a time. If you aren’t able to receive a whole pallet of product - list 0 - otherwise list your storage capacity.

Please describe where the promotional items could be distributed to attendees at the event?

List any/all of the following ways that you could execute product sampling:

door to door drop bags
lobby tabling
existing event integration
placing items in tenant mailboxes

Would you agree to post a sponsor’s branded message on your social media accounts in exchange for a fee?

If you are willing to post about a brand on your social media, select yes and list the cost. A standard price for a social media post is $50 but you can list your own price here.

Can sponsors play video content for the entire audience to see?
No

Do you offer sponsors space at the event where they can set up a physical booth/activation?

If you would be interested in a brand coming onsite themselves for an in-person activation - select yes and choose the size of space you can provide and the daily cost for a brand to be on-site if there is one. (The suggested price will not be relevant to you here because we are listing your event for an entire month and the algorithm uses that timeframe to figure a suggested price)

Please describe where the on-site spaces for sponsors will be located at your event?

If a brand were to come on-site for an in-person activation, where would you have them set up?
